2 Easy Steps

Step 1-The Service Agreement.

Click this Inspection Agreement link. Please print, read, initial and sign the agreement indicating you understand the service you will be receiving. After verifying that you have initialed the appropriate paragraphs, please fax the completed document to 1-800-886-8022 and proceed to Step 2.

Step 2-Order your Service.

Complete the following Service Request Form and click the send button. Our office will contact you via phone or e-mail with a date confirmation within 24 hours.

NOTE: It is not the responsibility of the inspector to communicate to the seller/
occupant any requests that personal belongings be moved or for systems
to be made accessible. Systems that cannot be tested due to
weather conditions, being shutdown or being inaccessible will be noted as not
inspected in the report. Return visits to re-inspect non-working, inaccessible
or not inspected components are subject to a $75.00 return trip
fee.

 

Acknowledge Inspection Agreement
  1. You acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the Inspection Agreement and that you understand the Inspection Agreement is a legally binding contract. You also acknowledge that your IP address is being recorded to prevent fraudulent inspection requests.
Approval of Release of Information to Third Party
  1. Client(s) hereby grants permission for InspectorUSA, Inc. d/b/a 1-877-INSPECT to release report information to THIRD PARTY.
